You slept so well through the night that you didn't really eat very much. It was very nice to sleep with you cuddling me on the outside instead of the in.
We spent the whole day getting final tests and waiting for doctors to confirm that we were allowed to go home today. In the meantime, we were reunited with Kai and Steph (who it was SO hard to sleep without!!!), met Lee, met Romy, and had a ton of lovin and snuggles.
We did end up getting the OK to head home, but then your sugars were low. We did a whole bunch of tricks to try to get them up in time, but it didn't work...one more night in the hospital. We were a little heartbroken that we couldn't be in bed with Steph and Kai, but we skyped them, and they had each other to snuggle, and we had each other to snuggle... The one on one aspect of parenting two kids as two people is kinda lovely!
It's weird that you're in the bassinet for so many pictures, I feel like I only put you down to go pee!!
